Abstract:
A3R system allows customers to book seats in the aviation, cinema, and sports stadium sectors. The system includes a user-friendly interface and features such as searching and querying available seats, displaying detailed information, reserving available seats, conducting payment transactions, confirming reservations, and managing bookings. The system aims to facilitate the seat reservation process and provide a comfortable experience for customers. Customers can also choose their preferred seats and then proceed with the online booking and payment, receiving a confirmation of the reservation.
In cinemas, customers can select the movie they want to watch, choose a suitable time, and view available seats in the theater. For football stadiums, customers can choose the date and stadium, and the booking details are shared with customers, with the option of sending notifications before the scheduled time as a reminder.
Additionally, the system allows for the generation of comprehensive reports and statistics on reservations, sales, seat utilization, and other related data. These reports can be used to analyze performance and make strategic decisions to improve operations. The system also helps protect against seat reservation manipulation, ensuring that seats are distributed fairly and impartially without favoring any individual or entity over others
